Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or confirmation email).

  • An unboxing video is compulsory for all return and exchange requests.

Please note that returns sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order details.

  • Submit a clear and complete unboxing video, which is mandatory.

Once your request is verified, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying a fixed return shipping fee applicable to the return.

Instructions regarding the return process and shipping details will be shared once the return request is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • For eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed to your provided bank account.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 8 to 15 working days after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
