Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within India only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification over a phone call before shipment.


Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹1,499.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues

  • High order volumes during sales and festive periods

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address, phone number, or other information is provided, delivery delays, additional charges, or cancellation may occur. LUROMU.COM shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.


Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Unreachable customer

We may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please:

  1. Record an unboxing video immediately.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Share your order details and supporting photos/videos.
